We're now looking for a Customer Service & Logistics Administrator to join our team in Sydney, Australia. In this role you will be responsible for the accurate assessment of returned items from both B2C and B2B customers. You will support maintaining DW IT systems to ensure they updated with relevant information relating to logistics/reverse logistics, and you will serve as the point of contact for both internal departments and external customers with a focus on customer service. This is a short-term contract role with possibility of 6-12 month engagement of work. 

YOUR CHALLENGE

  • As a true DW expert, you will be assessing the quality of returned products with accuracy and customer service focus
  • Making decisions on approved or non-approved returns, sellable or non-sellable products
  • Handling reverse logistics transactions in DW IT systems
  • Communicating and cooperating with customer service, sales departments and warehouse
  • Investigating and solving issues related to reverse logistics
  • Identify any possible quality issues and propose improvement
  • Basic watch repairs and battery replacement (full training to be provided)
  • Providing exceptional customer service and experience

WHO YOU ARE

  • Experience in customer service /retail and or e-commerce reverse logistics handling
  • High attention to detail
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service and experience
  • Exceptional time management skills with ability to work at a fast pace without losing quality in performance
  • Well organized and show great attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive, creative and proactive attitude
  • A natural curiosity to analyse and improve
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Previous experience in Microsoft Dynamics Navision is preferable, but not mandatory
  • Available 30+ hours per week
  • Immediate Start
