We're now looking for Logistics Operations Coordinators to join our Hong Kong team who manage the logistics across APAC and the global hub warehouse. As a Logistics Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for the daily operations, ensuring correct handling of our products by the 3PL and facilitating smooth deliveries to our customers. Your friendly and open attitude will be a strong benefit as you communicate and cooperate with both DW colleagues around the world, our customers and suppliers on daily basis. The attention you put to details paired with your service mind will make sure the flow of information and goods runs excellently. Being a valued member of our team, you like to help and support your colleagues and are always eager to learn new things. 

If you have an eye for design, you can become our expert in warranty and reverse logistics. It will give you the opportunity to be hands on with our products and interact with our private customers.


  • Establishing strong relationships and work closely with various functions within DW globally, with our 3PL and our forwarders to secure a good customer experience
  • Coordinating deliveries and transport bookings, as well as different packing instructions
  • Handling queries from customers and DW colleagues regarding freight and customs issues
  • Being responsible for handling orders on time in the ERP system (Navision) securing correct transaction data in the system to maintain accurate inventory information
  • Supporting marketing campaigns and launches of new products including training warehouse staff
  • Supporting customs clearance and handling on different markets
  • Being responsible for product quality assessment and some related projects
  • Controlling the quality of returned products and making decisions on approved or non-approved returns, sellable or non-sellable products including correlated transactions in DW IT systems.
  • Transforming non sellable products into sellable by enhancing appearance and quality
  • Taking the initiative on continuous improvement that will affect supply chain, company performance and customer experience
  • Being a part of the team developing the future global Daniel Wellington supply chain


  • Good knowledge of logistics processes and order management
  • A background of several years in freight forwarding including coordinating warehouse operations, and follow up on execution
  • Experience in retail and e-commerce is preferable
  • Skilled and keen user of ERP system (Microsoft Navision or other ERP like SAP, Oracle, Sales Force) and eager to learn new IT tools to become more efficient
  • Interested in design and being dexterous, ready to handle all aspects of reverse logistics of our products
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Excellent organizational skills, managing multiple tasks with accuracy, great attention to detail and of course meeting deadlines
  • Open minded, approaching every challenge with a positive attitude and willing to learn, share, and grow together.
  • Capable to adapt quickly to changes
  • Great communication and networking skills, especially when dealing with people from other countries
