We're now looking for a Sales Coordinator for our coming store openings in Japan. Are you motivated to build your experience in a diverse and fast-paced role that offers exciting challenges and the chance to work in a fast-growing company? This is an ideal opportunity for a creative and quick-thinking individual to head up multiple projects alongside a vibrant and friendly team. 

Reporting to the Sales Director you will be responsible for assisting in multiple store openings and retail operations across the Japanese market. 

YOUR CHALLENGE

In close collaboration with our Sales Director and Wholesale Key Account Manager, you will be focusing on devising and developing an integrated approach to increasing and maximizing sales results by conducting sales trainings and coaching for our store staff. We want you to become our sales strategist and brand ambassador supporting our stores across Japan. Promoting product awareness, brand image, and brand integration providing visual merchandizing support to both our own stores, and to our Wholesale Accounts. You will also have a big role coordinating with store managers, landlords, and department store floor managers regarding campaigns and store events. For the right person there are opportunities to grow in this role. 

WHO YOU ARE

  • 3+ years’ experience from similar role in the retail (fashion, sports) industry 
  • Experience working with training and coaching store staff
  • Experience with retail operations
  • Fluent in Japanese and business level English 
  • Experience with visual merchandizing
  • Event coordination experience
  • A ‘can-do’ attitude, with the ability to manage priorities while working in a high paced environment with new challenges every day 
  • Strong team-player with the ability to work autonomously 
  • You have strong self-leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as tactical thinking and a creative mind
