We're now looking for Travel Retail Digital Specialist - Ecommerce


  • Build digital content and business development

- Manage daily operations of the new channels; supervise traffic acquisitions, campaigns, merchandise with our travel retail online partners

- Build and implement best practices of brand content for product category, campaign and offer, and per platform to drive usage and traffic in O2O strategy

- Provide all travel retail partners with up to date visual content, content copy, display material support, marketing guidelines and commercial calendars to ensure omnichannel

  • Develop Digital User Experiences

- To develop LMS Location based marketing

- Build & leverage best practices of influencers marketing

- To liaise media buy and acquisition plan to drive traffic to partner’s websites

  • Digital innovations 

- Perform Travel Retail market competitor analysis, earned media value impacts, ROI per campaign etc.

- To initiate O2O digital innovations and digital activation with partners

  • Relationship Management

- Relationship management with the travel retail online partners to identify opportunities for DW to improve in the process from awareness to purchase

- Manage and build relationships with key travel retail industry media stakeholders as the key contact person for marketing related matter

  • Amplify Brand Exposure and Awareness

- Execute digital marketing activations and events to drive awareness and sales results

- Create strong digital marketing plan to amplify performance around Travel Retail pop ups, events and key locations 


·  Degree in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce Management or related disciplines

·  5+ years' relevant experience in digital/Online Marketing/eCommerce

·  Strong understanding of China market/Chinese consumers and travel retail industry is a must

·  Passionate in digital trends, has a curious mind and be a calculated risk taker

·  Strong ability to drive projects with great business acumen
