We're now looking for Sales & VM Coordinator


  • Frequently visit Daniel Wellington sales points across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Philippines
  • Act as the first point of contact for a number of internal and external stakeholders of the company
  • Regularly follow up on queries from wholesale customers and/or own retail stores
  • Support the management with the day-to-day business operations
  • Be the spokesperson of Daniel Wellington during trade shows and events
  • Training of staff
  • Full responsibility for training the sales staff within Daniel Wellington to ensure they have adequate knowledge to promote the brand in the best possible way
  • Ensure the sales staff are well equipped to execute the global visual merchandising standards and usage of campaign materials
  • Prepare and execute efficient training sessions focusing on product knowledge, customer service and selling techniques
  • Business reporting and analysis
  • Responsibility for reporting on important business KPIs
  • Regularly analyze sell-through and inventory levels to optimize the stock across all sales points


  • You are amazing at managing your priorities while working in a high paced environment with new challenges every day.
  • You have strong self-leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as tactical thinking and a creative mind
  • 3-5 years of experience of working within retail or sales
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to drive business initiatives and create sales growth
  • Negotiation-, coaching- and leadership skills and solid experience in building strong teams
  • Great analytical skills
  • The ability to inspire and motivate people
  • Being able to create visual solutions that attract customers
  • Strong MS excel experience and knowledge is a must
