Customer Service After Sales Coordinator

We are now looking for a new colleague Korean/English speaking to join our Korea team. You will repair the warranty cases from our customers. Ideally you have experience as watchmaker or been repairing watches before. You will also be in touch with our customers. You will help make sure our customers is satisfied with the final results of the repair and with the whole customer experience.




You will repair the different issues that the watches might present. You are familiar with identifying the different issues. You have an eye for the details. You will fix the damage and if needed you will change the watch face. You will focus on providing a great service, as you will also be the face of our company.

You will work from the warehouse, as you will also manage the physical aspect of the warranty processes. You will work closely with the Logistics and Customer Service team. You will make sure that the customer is satisfied with the whole process.

It is up to you to listen to our customers and use your creativity, and passion for meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations. We will rely on you to provide world-class service.



  • Identifying the reason/s why the watch is not working
  • Find the solution in order to fix the problem
  • Have a keen eye for details
  • Keeping calm and focus under immense pressure
  • Communication; written and verbal (fluent in Korean, English it’s a big plus)
  • Tailoring your approach to each customer
  • You have a feeling for what the customers expect from us as a company
  • Understanding of logistics preferred




  • You have previous experience as watchmaker
  • Fluent in Korean and intermediate in English
  • You can work full time
