We're now looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our Singapore office which is looking after the business in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Philippines. The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the daily logistics operations, ensuring correct handling of merchandise and facilitating smooth deliveries to our customers. Additional responsibilities include coordination of transport, order administration, and monitoring inbound/outbound shipments. You will be an important part of the team supporting the business across various markets.



Manage general queries from internal as well as external stakeholders, and ensure the operations are according to DW guidelines and intentions

  • Establish strong relationships and work closely with various functions within DW to secure a good customer experience
  • Coordinate deliveries and transport bookings as well as packing instructions
  • Handle queries from customers and DW colleagues regarding freight and customs issues
  • Responsible for handling orders timely in the ERP system (Navision)
  • Support marketing campaigns and launches of new products 
  • Be prepared to do some travelling to meet with our partners in the region
  • Take charge of the customs clearance and handling within the markets
  • Take responsibility for the stock accuracy together with the retail operations team
  • Support on stock takes and stock reconciliation
  • Planning and monitoring of stock capacities and regular replenishments into the retail stores
  • Take the initiative to establish continuous improvement practices that improve supply chain, company performance and customer experience
  • Be a part of the team developing the future global Daniel Wellington supply chain
