Logistics Development Senior Specialist - APAC

We're now looking for a Logistics Development Senior Specialist to join our APAC team based in Hong Kong. This role will work side by side with the Logistics Director and will be the the focal person for the development of logistics performance and systems in our 14 APAC countries.

The right personality is a key factor and a flexible down- to- earth team player who thrives on delivering solutions and does not think any task is too big or too small, will be successful in DW.



  • Acting as a consultant adviser for the development and usage of our APAC ERP system – Microsoft Dynamics Navision
  • Analysing KPI's, reporting and enhancements, identifying areas of improvement and propose solutions
  • Lead logistics development projects in the APAC region
  • Challenge and enhance procedures and processes, taking the lead on implementation
  • Establish strong relationships and work closely with various functions within DW Globally to properly manage logistics performance
  • Some travelling to meet with our colleagues and partners in other countries will be a part of your role, as well as being regularly in the Hong Kong 3PL warehouse
  • Establish continuous improvement practices that improve logistics and company performance 
  • Be a part of the team developing the future global Daniel Wellington supply chain



You are highly motivated, driven and a person who get things done and you want to be in the forefront of developing our logistics. 

  • Advanced experience analysing and creating reports on logistics and warehouse operations
  • Expert level experience with ERP systmes, Microsoft Dynamics Navision is preferable
  • Consultancy background in a related field
  • 5+ years relevant experience 
  • Able to travel on short notice to APAC countries
  • Expert proficiency in Excel and high-level knowledge of other Microsoft Office Suite products 
  • Strong knowledge of inventory replenishment planning 
  • Excellent organizational skills in both planning and execution, managing multiple tasks with accuracy, and meeting deadlines 
  • Well organized and shows great attention to detail 
  • Ability to work autonomously; effective time management skills
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • Fluent in English. Other language skills will be considered an advantage
