District Manager, Taiwan

As a District Manager we see a person who will bring strong leadership, innovation and creativity to our stores in Taiwan. It is important to us that you have the energy and desire to be part of a growing team! This person is also someone who is capable of driving success even with a wide range of diverse responsibilities.


You will be reporting to the Retail Operations Manager for Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.


As a District Manager you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets. You will be driving the selling efforts and customer relationships in the stores through excelling in customer service and selling techniques, while also supporting merchandising and daily maintenance as executed by our Store Managers and Sales Associates. Previous experience as a regional/district manager is required.


We are looking for a person who can accommodate to a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening and weekend shifts together with the Store Teams.





You are amazing at managing your priorities while working in a high paced environment with new challenges every day. You have strong self-leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as tactical thinking and a creative mind.


  • 3-5 years of experience of working with retail as regional/district manager, or similar.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to drive business initiatives and create sales growth.
  • Negotiation-, coaching- and leadership skills and solid experience in building strong teams.
  • Great analytical skills.
  • Strong MS excel experience and knowledge is a must
